The project involved comprehensive brand operations for a Chinese BDSM gear company entering the North American market — including positioning, KOL strategy, content production, online campaigns, offline events, and retail expansion.
Our approach began with deep market analysis to position the brand as a premium and inclusive player in the North American BDSM space. We focused on defining visual identity, content strategy, and audience targeting, particularly among professional Dommes, LGBTQ+ communities, and upscale newcomers.
